POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION
Reports to Country/Regional/Operation Manager or Global Technical & Innovation Manager Functional reporting to Global Technical & Innovation Manager
MAIN MISSIONS
Provide technical support to operations conducted by the company through trainings and assessments.
ACTIVITIES
- Be the focal point with field personnel with regards to the technical performance and requirements of the service
- Ensure that clients requirements, applicable documentation are distributed to the field personnel
- Ensure that clients requirements are understood and applied by field
- Perform field activity as per internal instructions
- In close cooperation with the field personnel, support the organization and performance of field services in the workshops, warehouses and other location.
- Update the internal management software with status of requests, assignments and financial agreements
- Ensure that the extent of network is enough to cover client’s needs
- Prepare training support to office & field personnel
- Provide technical training to office & field personnel
- Perform field personnel surveillance (field audit, e-learning assignment & follow up, …) as per internal requirements
- Perform technical assessment of candidates during sourcing process
- Ensure that profiles of submitted personnel is updated on the internal management software
- Review the reports, deliverables, issued by the field performed prior to customer dispatch
- Represent Intersica from a technical standpoint to client meetings
- Technical and commercial proposal to clients
- Lead the technical investigation on customer claims
- Provide technical support to tendering activities
OBSERVATIONS
Periodic travel may be required
Attendance of meeting with other geographical area could be requested (out of normal hours)

Location: Aberdeen, UK
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline, or field proven experience
- Significant knowledge with at least one (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Offshore Wind, Industry)
- At least 5 years experience in the QC/Inspection activities
- Pro-active and able to drive investigation
- General knowledge of applicable International Codes & Standards
- Experience of reviewing technical reports would be a plus
- A qualified as auditor (even internal) would be a plus
- Autonomy
- Customer service oriented
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus
